Are these heels designed for men?
Yes. Every HeHeels style is selected with men’s sizing and structure in mind. Our footwear offers a secure fit, wider toe boxes where needed, and balanced elevation for comfort and stability.
What size should I order?
We offer US men’s sizes 10–16. Sizing guidance is provided on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. For boots or platform heels, a size up may improve comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery times:
USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
UK & EU: 8–15 business days
Australia & NZ: 10–20 business days
Other regions: 10–25 business days
Each order includes tracking. Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match the description, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit. For sizing issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our fulfillment model, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection. Please review the size chart before ordering.
Do you offer custom sizing or private orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing. However, we are exploring extended fit options as we grow.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or adjusted within 6 hours of placement. After that, items are processed immediately to avoid delays. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Are your shoes comfortable for extended wear?
Many of our designs feature cushioned insoles, sturdy heel construction, and rubber outsoles for grip. While comfort can vary by style and personal preference, we prioritize walkability and support in our selections.
I’m new to men’s heels—where should I begin?
Start with lower block heels, platform boots, and styles with ankle support. These options provide balance and are easier to walk in if you’re transitioning into heels for the first time.
