1. Hemp Cream
Ever wonder how to stand in high heels for a long time?
Hemp promotes muscle tension relief.
When you wear heels for extended periods of time, your feet are forced to endure pressure in an abnormal position which increases your risk of developing issues.
Using hemp cream has been a major game-changer for me because it soothes my feet so that I can wear heels longer.Â
Hemp isn’t only great for relieving foot pain, but it also acts as a great benefit to your mental health as it promotes relaxation(without giving a high).
Terpenes are the part of hemp that relieves stress in your feet.
 2. Ball Of Foot Cushions
Ball of foot pain is one of the worst feelings when wearing heels.Â
Experiencing ball of foot pain stems from extensive pressure(standing for long periods).
Wearing ball of foot cushions has allowed me to wear misfitting heels without having to worry about foot pain.Â
These cushion inserts can be used with any heel and act as a barrier between your feet and the shoe sole.
3. Numbing Cream
In addition to using Hemp to relieve foot pain, you can also experiment with using numbing cream.Â
Numbing cream ideally comes in handy when you have an event to attend on short notice and wear a pair of heels that hurt your feet.Â
I wouldn’t advise that you use numbing cream every time you wear heels because it doesn’t solve the root problem(misfitting or low-quality design).
4. Wear Socks
Wearing socks is one of the simplest solutions to relieving foot pain because it provides your feet with full coverage cushion.Â
Socks have prevented a lot of pain for me in cases when I didn’t have proper heel padding.Â
When it comes to the type of sock that’s best for high heels, I’d say that fuzzy tube socks work the best(the thicker the better).Â
Wearing footies can work for certain heels like booties.
You should test out different socks for your heels because each pair of shoes is unique!
5. Wear Toe Cushions
Toe cushions can be a life-saver when wearing strappy heels and other heeled sandals.Â
The harsh plastic material of some heels can be hurtful to your pinky and even middle toes.Â
Simply apply the cushion to the toe that becomes irritated when you wear heels and experience long-lasting comfort!Â
6. Get The Right Shoe Size
This may be a no-brainer, but having the right shoe size for your feet is essential to wearing heels all day without pain.Â
Trust me, there’s no better person than me to tell you that wearing small-fitting heels will set you up for a slew of complications!Â

7. Use Paper Towel
Don’t underestimate the relief a good piece of paper towel can give when you’re experiencing pain.
Whenever you wear painful heels, identify the pain points on your feet and place a piece of paper towel around it.Â
The paper towel acts as a barrier to prevent rubbing burns and other discomforts.Â
This is a temporary fix when you are out on the go and notice some uncomfortable foot sensations.Â
